| Front Dining Terrace |
The frontal area is lawned and overlooked by a covered outdoor dining terrace. A place to enjoy a good meal out of the hot
afternoon sun. The terrace opens out from the main lounge through three large, shuttered patio doors and is easily accessed
from the kitchen through the lounge.

|
| The Swimming Pool and Sun Terrace |
The side garden features a newly built, large swimming pool with a separated, childrens' section plus convenient surrounding,
all day sun bathing areas. Here you can spend the day soaking up the Majorcan sun with your favourite cocktail at hand or
take a dip in the pool to cool off.
This pool has been specially designed with safety in mind, and is sectioned by specially built vertical pillars into adult
and children's areas. The adult depth is 1. 2 metres (average chest high); the children's area also follow this pattern (chest
high for children). Roman steps have been incorporated at both ends to facilitate safe easy entry and departure for both
children and Adults.
Although quite large (10x5 metres plus Roman ends) a unique feature is that ball games can conveniently be played between
adults and children. A bathing, cooling off and fun pool with safety and convenience in mind.

The Serra Coat of Arms discovered while preparing the front of the villa for painting. It took nearly a week to carefully
remove paint that had covered it for some years.
