The ground floor

The property is part of a new development and is furnished throughout with new, modern furniture. It offers parking in an underground garage, which is large enough to take two small/medium sized cars, and accesses the rooms above via an internal staircase.

A wide entrance hall leads immediately on to the lounge and dining area with stairs to the first floor directly in front.

The lounge sports satellite television and a pleasant seating area furnished with leather sofas, coffee table and bookcase. Its bay window overlooks the front of the villa.

The light, airy dining area easily seats 8 people in comfort and is immediately adjoining the modern, fully equipped kitchen with fitted dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven plus ample cupboard space.

Immediately opposite the kitchen is a utility room fitted with washing machine and tumble drier. Both rooms overlook the sun terrace and have access to it through patio doors. Between the two is a downstairs washroom/toilet.

The villa is fitted throughout with remote controlled air conditioning for your comfort, particularly for those warm, Majorcan summer nights.
Every window and door has metal drop down security shutters so when you go out for the day, or for that matter the evening, the premises is safe and secure. Those for the lounge and kitchen are electrically operated.

There´s a small, private garden at the back including a sun terrace, at the end of which is a shared pool with a children´s ´infinity´ pool attached.

The upper floors

The first floor landing leads to bedrooms 1 and 2.

BEDROOM 1: Double size with large ensuite shower room and built in wardrobe space plus a chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 2 is the the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath and his ´n´ hers hand basins.

Up a further flight of stairs takes you to bedrooms 3 and 4.

BEDROOM 3 has built in wardrobes and again each is a twin bedded or can be made into a double by locking them together and using the provided approriate sized bed linen.

BEDROOM 4 is a large room with free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. There´s a seating/relaxing area which leads out onto the front balcony through sliding patio doors.

The master bedroom has an en suit bathroom with jacuzzi bath
